Michelle is dedicated to the tradition of yoga as taught by Sri BKS Iyengar. She began practicing Iyengar Yoga specifically in 2001 and has completed the Introductory Iyengar Yoga Certification. She credits her teachers, Randy Just, Devon Dederich and George Purvis, for their guidance and the many gems they benevolently impart via their teachings. Michelle is the Director of GoodBody’s Yoga Center. She continues to study and draw inspiration from Certified Iyengar Teachers in the United States and globally, traveling to Pune India every couple of years. Michelle is extremely grateful for the Iyengar practice they generously share.
