Gretchen HouseChronic lower back pain brought Gretchen to her first Iyengar yoga class in 2006. The alignment and precision of the practice appealed to her mechanical engineering background and she began teaching in 2009.
Being the mother of three, Gretchen teaches with a comfortable balance of discipline, empathy, and humor. She encourages students to step out of their comfort zones and experience all the benefits that Iyengar yoga has to offer them – body, mind, and spirit.
